Secretary

The secretary is responsible for maintaining the organization’s records, including the minutes of board meetings. Assumes role of president in the absence of the president. Members of the Executive Board are charged with the specific duties of their office, management of their committee, and/or specific project or projects chosen in support of our long term mission. Washington State Nonprofit Liaison

We are in need of someone who does or has worked with nonprofit organizations in the state of Washington to help answer questions and find information regarding the Urban Sketchers non-profit organization, which is registered in Washington. If you are interested, please contact Elizabeth Alley at elizabeth@urbansketchers.org. We need occasional assistance with non-profit issues such as insurance, taxes, etc.
